What this page covers

Two different things happen under this domain, and they collect different information. This site — sculptscale.com — is a marketing site with one form on it. The application at app.sculptscale.com is where your files go.

The form on this site

When you ask for a studio access code we collect what you type: studio name, city, your name, email, an optional WhatsApp number, what you cast, your printer's build size, typical piece height, and anything you add in the message field. We also record the date and, from the request itself, your IP address and country — the IP is used only to stop the form being abused.

We use this to decide whether SculptScale suits your work, to create your access code, and to reply to you. We do not sell it, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.

It is stored in two places: Cloudflare Workers KV (our hosting provider's storage) and the inbox of the person who replies to you. Email delivery is handled by Resend. Both are processors acting on our instructions.

Your files, in the application

Meshes and sketches you upload to app.sculptscale.com are stored so the tool can work on them and so you can return to earlier versions. They are not used to train anything. Most of SculptScale is not a learned model at all, and the one path that uses a generative model sends your image to a third-party provider only when you explicitly start that job.

Access to the application is by a shared studio code. Each studio's work is scoped to that studio and is not visible to other studios.

Analytics and cookies

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies, which is why you were not shown a consent banner. If we add analytics it will be a cookieless, aggregate product and this page will say so before it goes live. The application sets one strictly necessary cookie to keep you signed in after you enter your studio code.

How long we keep things

Form submissions: kept while we are in contact and for a reasonable period afterwards, then deleted. Uploaded files and versions: kept while your workspace is active, and deleted on request. Records we need for tax and accounting are kept as long as Indian law requires.

Asking us to delete something

Write to hello@sculptscale.com from the address you contacted us with, and say what you want removed. You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Deletion of your files is a deliberate action we take on your instruction — we will confirm before anything is removed, because it cannot be undone.

Changes

If this notice changes materially we will change the date at the top and, if you are a customer, tell you directly rather than hoping you re-read the page.
