Refunds and cancellation

The short version: try it free before you pay, and if we take your money for something that did not work, we give it back.

Before you pay anything

Every workspace gets one free production export, and reports are free forever on every plan. You can run your own sculpt, read the full report, and see the measured wall and the surface verdict without paying us. We would rather you test it than refund it.

Unused exports

An export counts as taken when you download the manufacturing file. Re-fetching that same file later is free and is not a second export.

Monthly plans

Cancel at any time and the plan runs to the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not pro-rate a part-used month. Nothing renews after you cancel, and you keep every file you exported.

When we refund anyway

If the tool charged you for an export it did not deliver, or delivered a file that fails its own stated checks, tell us and we will refund it or replace the export — your choice. You should not have to argue about this.

What we will not refund is a piece that did not cast well for reasons outside the tool's stated scope. Our Fit and limits page exists so that those reasons are known before you upload rather than discovered afterwards.

How to ask

Email hello@sculptscale.com with your studio name and what happened. We aim to reply within two working days and to process approved refunds within seven, back to the original payment method. GST is refunded with the amount where it was charged.
