1. What you are buying

A licence to use SculptScale to prepare your own 3D models for manufacture, metered in production exports. One production export is one manufacturing-ready file set you take away. A sectioned zip containing several parts is one export, not several. Re-fetching a file you have already paid for is free, permanently. A job that is refused never consumes an export. Previewing, validating, scaling and reading reports never consume one.

2. Your work stays yours

You keep all rights in the models you upload and in everything the tool produces from them. We claim no ownership of your designs and no licence to use them beyond running the jobs you ask for.

Every export you have paid for stays yours — including after your plan ends. We will not withhold, expire or lock a file you have already paid for.

3. Accounts and access codes

Access is by one shared code per studio, created by us. Keep it within your studio; anyone holding it can see and act on your workspace. Tell us and we will issue a new one, which immediately invalidates the old. Destructive operations require a named approval, so please use real names.

4. What the tool does and does not promise

SculptScale runs manufacturing-aware checks on geometry and reports what it measured. It is not a substitute for your studio's final CAD review, your caster's judgement, or your own inspection of a piece before it reaches a client. The decision to cast is yours.

In particular, and without limiting the list on our Fit and limits page: the tool has no awareness of gemstones, prongs, bezels or settings; it does not measure thickness on models it did not build; it does not read Rhino, STEP or IGES files; and its generative image-to-3D path is beta and produces a blockout requiring a sculptor's pass. We publish these limits deliberately. Please read them.

5. Fair use of a shared machine

Plans carry a monthly allowance and a daily cap, and jobs run one at a time. The daily cap exists so one large batch cannot starve other studios. There is no uptime guarantee, no service level agreement, and no public API.

6. Payment

Prices are in Indian Rupees and exclude GST, which is added where applicable. Card and UPI payments are processed by Razorpay, and international card payments by Stripe as it becomes available; we never see or store your card details. We can also invoice you directly. 7. Liability

We provide the service with reasonable skill and care. To the extent the law permits, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for the cost of metal, castings, moulds or production time. This does not limit liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

8. Ending it

You may stop at any time. We may suspend an account for non-payment or for use that endangers the service or other studios, and we will tell you why. If we ever discontinue SculptScale we will give you reasonable notice and a way to retrieve your files.
